Overview

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Returns

Items in our catalog are eligible for returns provided they do not fall within the list of Exceptions below. For returnable items, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, unworn, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • The item is not within the list of ineligible items identified in the Exceptions section below.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including the following. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.

Beauty / Skincare Items: Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on all skincare items.

Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, plants, beverages, supplements, etc. are not eligible for return, including those for pets.

Used, Opened, or Damaged Items: Items that have been used, opened from their original packaging, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Custom products: Special orders and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Final Sales: Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please review the product details carefully before purchase to determine whether your item is eligible for a return. Items ineligible for return are noted in the product details. Products included in the Final Sale collection are not eligible for return.

Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account at https://account.earthinary.com and follow the necessary steps, or contact us at contact@earthinary.com and await further instructions, including whether your item is eligible for a return, and how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Include in your email to our customer service team your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@earthinary.com.

Non-Refundable Items:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@earthinary.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
